Anyone can access their inventory data at any time over the internet, with the proper login and password.  For the public warehouse, that means that the  customer can look at their up-to-the-minute inventory data (and ONLY their inventory data), at any time.  A specific inventory item can be queried to show balances, pending releases, and transaction history.  Inventory reports can also be generated and printed.

Customer 031 is Clover Industries and customer 003 is Best Products.  These would be customers of the company.  Wherever you see the logo for Public Warehouse and Distribution, you would substitute your own company logo.  Clover Industries and Best Products would be like your customers.
