The Software

is a menu-driven inventory control system for warehouses. It is simple in design. The data follows a concise hierarchal structure:

Account (or Department)

Item Header (Stock Code)

Item Detail (Discrete subsets of the Item Header)

The system is divided into four main areas:

	Transaction entry for receipts, shipments or transfers, which are quickly and easily entered. Inventory items can be added "on-the-fly".
	Inventory Inquiry, whether by reports or on screen (on-screen inquiry is available from anywhere in the system).
	Releases can be entered, stock allocated, and Bills of Lading printed. After the stock ships the release is posted.
	End of Month processes manage M-T-D quantities and storage charges.
